Each of my plays is a workplace
Before you enter these workplaces
I ask that you commit to safe workplace practices
To a transparent process for complaints
To zero tolerance of harassment
To respect the physical and emotional safety of all of your company
I ask that you discuss with your cast and crew channels of communication
Everyone has the right to feel safe at work
And theatre is too hard to make it miserably
